LORI PILGER Lincoln Journal Star A 49-year-old man who went to trial on an infraction for allegedly possessing less than an ounce of marijuana found in a search of his rental van last year in an Interstate 80 stop in York County has been found guilty. Robert Duncan, who was fined $300 on the charge and $25 more for having no taillights, tells the Journal Star he plans to appeal. On Feb. 21, 2024, Duncan, who lived in Vancouver, Washington, and owned a home in Swanton, was driving a rented minivan from the Denver airport to his Nebraska home when he was pulled over by a York County Sheriff’s deputy and told his brake lights weren’t working.
