Texas Will Seek The Death Penalty In Trial Of Border Patrol Serial Killer

A United States border patrol agent was indicted on a capital murder charge in Texas on Wednesday after he confessed to shooting four women in the head before leaving their bodies on rural highways, according to The Guardian. A grand jury decided to level up the charge against Juan David Ortiz, according to Webb country district attorney Isidro Alaniz. Alaniz said prosecutors will seek the death penalty in the case.
