NEW YORK (AP) — U.S. stocks are rising Wednesday following another topsy-turvy day for Wall Street. The S P 500 added 0.5%, but only after jumping toward one of its biggest gains since the summer, erasing it all and then climbing back. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 30 points, or 0.1%, with an hour remaining in trading, and the Nasdaq composite was 0.8% higher.
