The first thing Jannet Rodriguez heard Wednesday as she walked into John Waldron’s history class for the final time was that her favorite teacher had brought her a gift. Waldron, who will be sworn into the Oklahoma House of Representatives on Thursday, pulled out a robed skeleton figure from a supply closet and presented the Halloween decoration to Rodriguez. Her eyes lit up in surprise as she remembered the first time he gave her the skeleton. The gift recalled a silly moment from a month ago, when the Booker T.
